About the Role

What We Look For

─ Strong subject knowledge in mathematics (Year 0–Year 10 range)

─ Ability to explain concepts clearly and methodically

─ Comfortable working within a structured, curriculum-driven framework

─ Patient and attentive with small groups — max 5–6 students per class

─ Punctual, reliable, and communicative with management

─ Legal right to work in New Zealand


We are a structured academic programme — not a tutoring centre. Our teachers are educators, not babysitters. We expect rigour, patience, and a genuine commitment to student progress.


Primary Role Type

Regular Class Teacher

Weekly structured sessions, aligned to our 5-week module system. Teachers follow our prepared lesson notes and homework packs, deliver instruction, and supervise guided practice.

As-Needed

Relief Teacher

Called upon to cover scheduled sessions when the regular teacher is unavailable. Materials and lesson plan are fully prepared — you deliver and supervise.

Seasonal

Holiday Programme Tutor

Intensive teaching during school holidays. Multi-day structured programme covering targeted topics. Ideal for teachers with flexible availability during breaks.

Limited Availability

One-to-One Specialist

Personalised sessions for students requiring intensive, bespoke support. Strong mathematical background essential. Rates and scheduling discussed individually.
